fantastic hotel experience

the room was perfect. bedding and pillows were thoroughly cleaned and the washroom was nothing messy. the emporium mall is right beside the hotel with a connected passage, very convenient. the staff were very cooperative and helpful.
i was expecting more for the hefty price i paid for my nights. the first nights, i stayed in a twin bed room on the floor where the cleaning was terrible. i noticed that they did not regularly change the bedsheets if we didn't specifically tell them to.

breakfast brunch was excellent!!! the dining area offered a wide variety of options; i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes readily available, guaranteeing a satisfying start to the day. the presentation was beautiful.

The location was convenient because it adjoined a large shopping mall. This mall contained a food court and a cinema. The hotel's proximity to the airport also met my business needs (the airport is only 30 minutes away). I particularly enjoyed the pool area. It was surprising to find it always empty.
I paid a hefty price for my nights and expected more. The first room I stayed in had terrible cleaning. I found dust in my hair after showering, unacceptable. I also noticed that the bedsheets were not regularly changed (only when we specifically requested it).

i found the location very convenient with direct access to the emporium mall. the air conditioning was excellent and maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay
The room service was notably slow and indifferent. Obtaining a bucket of ice required multiple calls and nearly an hour. i found the minibar items questionable. The tape seal meant to ensure cleanliness was broken upon arrival
